The first to be released was the 1/43 Minichamps McLaren MP4/25 #1 Winner Australian Grand Prix 2010 Jenson Button which is priced at £49.99 and FREE UK delivery!. Minichamps today sent us some new models. One being the 1/43 Minichamps Porsche 911 (997) GT3 RS Blue which is limited to 1/1056pcs and priced at £36.99. They have also released another Formula 1 model in the form of the 1/43 Minichamps McLaren Showcar 2011 Hamilton which is limted to 1/1512pcs and priced at £44.99. McLaren team principal Martin Whitmarsh says his outfit must remain focused only on its own performance - rather than what Sebastian Vettel is up to - if it is going to deliver the race wins needed to get itself genuinely back in the world championship fight.

At the most recent rounds in Portugal and Germany, Turner and Mucke got into the habit of taking regular podium finishes. And that's what they hope will win them the top prize when the championship winds up in Argentina in November.

We have also been told that if Robert Kubica makes a full recovery and races for Lotus Renault before the end of the season, Minichamps will announce his car as well.
